Rotate between at least three bras (consecutive-day wearing doesn't allow elastic recovery). And replace every 6-12 months of regular wear — elastic loses tension over time, and a bra that no longer provides firm band support has ceased performing its primary function.

A bra is the women's wardrobe's most consequential foundation garment — the piece worn beneath everything else that determines how everything else fits, hangs, and looks.
